We enjoyed an incredible stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. The hotel facilities were modern and impeccably maintained, including the extensive spa and wellness areas. We found so many different places to relax and unwind, with numerous pools and saunas. We were particularly impressed by the free tea, water, and snacks available. In terms of breakfast, there were many freshly made options to choose from. The staff were all lovely, offering helpful service and making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms with beautiful views. Good location for business near major highways. Enjoyed the spa area.

Rooms need better cleaning. Some staff were unhelpful and unfriendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Spa area at this luxury hotel. It was truly outstanding and provided a variety of places to relax and unwind. The sauna facilities were top-notch, with four different pools to choose from. The treatment options were also impressive. The whole spa experience was excellent and added a great deal of value to our stay.

All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Its luxurious amenities, enhanced comfort, and quality services make it a truly exceptional choice for a memorable vacation experience.

Exceptional breakfast buffet and very good 5 course dinner. Lovely outside pool and garden. Helpful and friendly staff. Elegantly furnished and spacious rooms. Extensive spa and wellness facilities. Great location for a relaxing retreat. Good walking routes to the village. Excellent overall experience.

The hotel is located near the Skiwelt area, making it easy to access the slopes. the spa area has calming mood lighting and described as a delight. the hotel shuttle bus drops guests off right at the gondola station into the Ski Welt resort.

The hotel room temperature can be too high due to central heating, which can be uncomfortable.
